To make the filter bags, felted fabrics with the best quality only are selected. In addition, the felts and sewing threads are sampled randomly and sent to TTRI for quality testing. If filter bags are used in the acid/ basic environments, PTFE sewing threads are used to avoid broken bags. Based on over 20-year experiences, bag filters used in different industry will be broken easily at different parts if they aren’t strengthened enough when making the bags.
