Compounds for Pipe Leak Repair and Thermal Insulation

Material Introduction:

The repairing composite material is compatible with metals and most plastics to form a durable, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant repair layer.

Composite materials are mainly divided into the following six types:

  1. Metal matrix composite: Mainly used for repairing metal components
    ・Crack repair
    ・Worn or damaged shaft
    ・Flange face
    ・Damaged bucket
    ・Leaking pipeline
    ・Mechanical repair
  2. Ceramic matrix composite: Mainly used for repairing and regenerating workpieces damaged caused by fluid erosion, corrosion or abrasion
    Various pump repairs
    Heat exchanger tube sheet repair
    Ice machine end cover repair
    Other wear and erosion and corroded equipment components
  3. Chemical resistance material: Mainly used for materials that must be protected against chemical erosion
    Tank lining
    Flue gas desulfurization equipment
    Acid and alkali exhaust facilities
    Acid-base storage tank repair
    Other acid-base artifacts
  4. Rubber repair materials: Mainly used for repairing rubber or other elastic components
    Conveyor belt
    Storage tank rubber lining
    Repair of other rubber components
  5. Anti-condensation composite coating: To promote condensation (condensation) on low-temperature pipes
    Long-term corrosion protection
    Operating temperature range from -20℃~180℃ (dry temperature), up to 250℃
    The cold insulation material can be heated up effectively depending on the atmospheric and weather conditions (Approximately 2-3°C per 1mm), up to 2-5°C lower than the atmospheric temperature
  6. Pipeline repair materials: Mainly used for flange surface welding and tooth mouth corrosion repair
